Moving Together:
Dance for Mature Movers
Reconnect. Re-energise. Rediscover the joy of movement.
Led by professional dancer and movement practitioner Hayley Allen-Freeman, Moving Together is a joyful and inclusive weekly dance class designed especially for mature movers. Whether you’re brand new to dance, easing back into movement, or simply seeking a fun and supportive way to stay active—this program is for you.
Each week we’ll explore gentle, uplifting routines set to timeless music that lifts the soul—and the best part? You get to help shape the experience. Participants are invited to suggest a dance style they’ve always wanted to try or nominate a musical theme for the week—think 70s classics, ABBA favourites, golden oldies, or even a cheeky cha-cha!
There’s no need for any previous dance experience, and every session is adapted to suit your pace. We welcome people of all abilities, and the class is inclusive for participants living with disability. Carers and support workers are more than welcome to join in or assist as needed—because everyone deserves to move with joy and confidence.

EXCITING NEWS!
This year, Hayley has officially became a Certified Movement Practitioner — and she’s extremely thrilled to be combining her 38 years of dance experience with this powerful new training to bring movement, connection, and joy to even more people across our beautiful Wagga Wagga and Riverina communities.
💃 Over the decades, dance has taken Hayley from local comps in Wagga to International championships to stages around the world — from Tempo Rouge at Jupiter’s Casino to 6-star cruise ships performing for icons like Michael Bublé and Harry Belafonte, and even making Top 50 on So You Think You Can Dance Australia. Hayleys proudest role now is making a real difference in people’s lives through movement.

❤️ Hayley is truly passionate about creating a space where movement isn’t just about dance — it’s about well-being, connection, and empowerment. If you know a community, centre, or individual who could benefit from these classes, let’s connect. Let’s keep Wagga and the Riverina moving!
